彰化南瑤宮是臺灣彰化縣彰化市南瑤里的一座主祀天上聖母的媽祖廟，俗稱「彰化媽」或者「南門媽」，約在清朝乾隆年間建立，在彰化縣城南門外。香火鼎盛，屢稱靈驗，有「彰化媽蔭外方」之名。現為中臺灣的重點古廟，1985年4月25日中華民國内政部公告指定為三級古蹟（今為縣定古蹟）。從嘉慶十九年（1814年）即有記載彰化南瑤宮笨港進香為台灣進香團之鼻祖，但中間被迫改「以車代步」，直到2014年才恢復徒步往笨港進香。
