St. Aidan's Cathedral (Irish: Ardeaglais Naomh Aodháin) is the cathedral church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ferns. It is located in Enniscorthy, County Wexford, in Ireland. The saint to whom the cathedral is dedicated is Máedóc of Ferns (feast day 31 January), also known as Áedan or Aidan, who died in 626, and not to be confused with St. Aidan of Lindisfarne (feast day 31 August), an Irish missionary who died in 651.

Fue construidoa en 1843 y fue diseñada por Augustus Welby Pugin. Die Sankt-Aidan-Kathedrale von Enniscorthy (englisch St. Aidan’s Cathedral Enniscorthy, irisch Ardeaglais Naomh Aodháin Inis Córthaidh) ist die dem Klostergründer und ersten Bischof Aidán gewidmete Bischofskirche der römisch-katholischen Diözese Ferns, die ihren Sitz in Enniscorthy hat. Sie ist neben der Marienkathedrale von Killarney eine von zwei Kathedralen in Irland, die von A. W. N. Pugin entworfen worden sind, einem der bedeutendsten englischen Architekten der Neugotik.
