Le quartier Paris Rive Gauche, ou quartier de la Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand, est une opération d'aménagement de Paris qui occupe la partie du 13e arrondissement située entre les voies ferrées de la gare de Paris-Austerlitz et la Seine, jusqu'au boulevard périphérique.
Paris Rive Gauche is a new neighbourhood in the 13th arrondissement, on the left bank of Paris. The district is bordered by the Seine, the railway tracks of Gare d'Austerlitz and the Boulevard Périphérique. This 130 ha plot of land has 10 ha of green spaces and 2,000 trees. Paris Rive Gauche is divided into three districts along the Seine: Austerlitz, Tolbiac and Massena (from North to South).
Paris Rive Gauche (Paříž Levý břeh), též Seine Rive Gauche je moderní čtvrť v Paříži, která se rozkládá na levém břehu řeky Seiny ve 13. obvodu od Slavkovského nádraží až po Boulevard périphérique. Výstavba začala v 90. letech postavením Francouzské národní knihovny a pokračuje výstavbou dalších obytných a kancelářských budov, např. Univerzity Paříž VII Denis Diderot nebo lávky Simone de Beauvoir. Jedná se o nejrozsáhlejší urbanistický projekt na území Paříže od operací Italie 13 a Front-de-Seine. Zahrnuje území o rozloze 130 ha. Developerem celé lokality je společnost SEMAPA (Société d'économie mixte d'aménagement de Paris). Na projektu spolupracuje mnoho architektů a krajinářů z Francie i zahraničí, např. Christian de Portzamparc, Norman Foster, Ricardo Bofill, Jean-Michel Wilmotte aj.
