岩手開発鉄道株式会社（いわてかいはつてつどう）は、岩手県大船渡市で貨物鉄道を営む鉄道会社である。現在は貨物専業であるが、1992年（平成4年）3月までは旅客輸送も行っていた。

The Iwate Development Railway (岩手開発鉄道, Iwate Kaihatsu Tetsudō) is a freight railway company in Ōfunato, Iwate, Japan. This is one of the oldest third sector (half public, half private) railway operator in the country, founded in 1932. Its group also operates bus lines. It also had a passenger service until 1992. The line mainly transports limestones from the mine to Taiheiyō Cement Ōfunato Factory.

岩手開發鐵道株式會社（日语：岩手開発鉄道株式会社／いわてかいはつてつどう）是一家總部位於岩手縣大船渡市的貨運鐵路公司。現時鐵路公司只專注營運貨運業務，在1992年（平成4年）3月前曾經設有客運業務。
