Kharas (Arabic: خاراس) is a Palestinian town in the southern State of Palestine, located twelve kilometers northwest of Hebron, part of the Hebron Governorate. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 10.210 inhabitants in 2019. It is situated at the northern mouth of the Wadi ’Arab near the ruins of 'Elah. Nearby towns include Nuba and Beit Ula to the south, Surif to the north and Halhul to the east. It has a total land area of 6,781 dunams.
خاراس (بالإنجليزية: Kharas) بلدة فلسطينية تتبع محافظة الخليل جنوب الضفة الغربية، بلغ عدد سكانها حسب الجهاز المركزي للإحصاء الفلسطيني حوالي 9,139 نسمة حسب التعداد العام للسكان الذي أجري عام 2017. وهي من البلدات المحتلة عام النكسة.
ח'ראס (خاراس) היא עיירה פלסטינית במרכז חבל יהודה, 12 ק"מ צפונית מערבית לחברון, חלק ממחוז חברון. לפי נתוני הלשכה הפלסטינית המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה, בשנת 2006 מנתה האוכלוסייה 6,665 תושבים. הכפר ממוקם בחלקו הצפוני של וואדי ערב ליד חורבות עמק האלה. ערים סמוכות כוללות את נובה ובית אולא מדרום, צוריף מצפון וחלחול ממזרח. שטח העיירה הוא 6,781 דונם.
Kharas —en àrab خاراس, Ḫārās— és un municipi palestí de la governació d'Hebron, a Cisjordània, situat 12 quilòmetres al nord-oest d'Hebron. Segons l'Oficina Central Palestina d'Estadístiques tenia una població de 8.789 habitants el 2016. Es troba a la boca nord del Wadi ’Arab vora les ruïnes d''Elah. Limita amb Nuba i Beit Ula al sud, Surif al nord i Halhul a l'est. Té una àrea total de 6,781 dúnams.
