The Mount Morris Bank Building, also referred to as the Corn Exchange Bank (Mount Morris Branch) and Corn Exchange Building, is an historic building in the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, located at 81-85 East 125th Street on the northwest corner of Park Avenue. Although an architectural standout when new in 1883, by the late 1970s it was vacant, and remained so for three decades, vandalized and deteriorating. In 2009 the city demolished, for safety, most of what remained after a 1997 fire, but in 2012 a developer undertook to rebuild it for commercial occupancy, and the building reopened in May 2015.

El Mount Morris Bank Building, también conocido como Corn Exchange Bank (Mount Morris Branch)[1]​ y Corn Exchange Building,[2]​ es un edificio histórico en el barrio de East Harlem de Manhattan, Nueva York, ubicado en 81- 85 East 125th Street en la esquina noroeste de Park Avenue. Aunque se destacó arquitectónicamente cuando era nuevo en 1883, a fines de los años 1970 estaba vacío y permaneció así durante tres décadas, destrozado y deteriorado. En 2009, la ciudad demolió, por seguridad, la mayor parte de lo que quedaba después de un incendio en 1997, pero en 2012 un promotor se comprometió a reconstruirlo para uso comercial y el edificio se reabrió en mayo de 2015.
