The Coast Guard Administration of the Ocean Affairs Council (CGA; Chinese: 海洋委員會海巡署; pinyin: Hǎiyáng Wěiyuánhuì Hǎixún Shǔ; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Hái-iûⁿ Úi-oân-hōe Hái-sûn Sú), also known as the Taiwan Coast Guard or R.O.C. Coast Guard, is charged with maintaining law and order, protecting the resources of the territorial waters of the Republic of China (Taiwan), which surrounds Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu Islands, Green Island, Orchid Island, Pratas Island (Tungsha/Dongsha), and Nansha Islands as well as providing a first line of defense along coastal areas against smugglers and illegal immigrants. The CGA is considered a civilian law enforcement agency under the administration of the Ocean Affairs Council of the Executive Yuan, though during emergencies it may be incorporated as part of the Republic of China Armed Forces.

海洋委員會海巡署（簡稱海巡署）是中華民國負責海域及海岸巡防之機關，隸屬於海洋委員會的三級機關，負責巡防海岸、領海、鄰接區及專屬經濟海域等，並執行查緝走私貨物和毒品、犯罪逃亡、偷渡等治安事務。署內人員編制，主要由警察、軍人、海關人員或其他公務人員組成（政風單位除外）。

海巡署（かいじゅんしょ）は、中華民国（台湾）の海洋委員会に属し海上警察に関する業務全般を担当する省庁。いわゆる沿岸警備隊であり、日本の海上保安庁に相当する。

La garde-côtière de Taïwan (en chinois traditionnel : 海洋委員會海巡署 ; pinyin : Hǎiyáng wěiyuánhuì hǎi xún shǔ, en forme courte 海巡署), officiellement en anglais : Coast Guard Administration), est un corps de police civile, chargé du maintien de l'ordre et du respect des lois sur l'ensemble des eaux et côtes territoriales. Elle a diverses missions majeures, similaires aux autres garde côtière, comme la lutte contre la contrebande et l'immigration clandestine.

Die Küstenwache der Republik China (Taiwan) (chinesisch 行政院海岸巡防署, Pinyin Xíngzhèngyuàn Hǎi'àn Xúnfáng Shǔ) wurde im Jahre 2000 errichtet und untersteht einem eigenen Minister (derzeit Wang Ginn-wang). Die Küstenwache mit Sitz in Taipeh hat eine Stärke von 15.034 Mann (Schätzung, 2004).
