Luhe-Ma'an Air Base, also known as Nanjing Luhe Airport or Nanjing Air Base, is a military airport that has been home to the Nanjing Air Base of the People's Liberation Army Air Force since 2015, replacing the old Dajiaochang Airport. It is located in suburban Luhe District across the Yangtze River from the center of Nanjing, capital of China's Jiangsu Province.

The zoo is the member of the Chinese Association of Zoological Gardens. Located on 168 Heyan Road in the Xuanwu District of Nanjing, it is a 168.03 acres (68.00 ha) park and forest with 85% green coverage rate. The area is divided into three major districts: Xiao Hongshan, Da Hongshan, and Fangniu Mountain, with a total of 27 venues. The zoo houses over 3,000 animals of more than 260 species. Its predecessor, Xuanwu Lake Zoo, was relocated and merged with Hongshan Park on September 28, 1998.

Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Music Stage (Chinese: 中山陵音乐台) is a building affiliated to the complex of Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, located in the southeast of Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Square in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. Covering an area of more than 4,200 square meters (45,000 sq ft), it is an open-air stage mainly used to hold ceremonies, musical performances and assembly speeches to commemorate Dr. Sun Yat-sen. The stage was designed by Yang Tingbao (Chinese: 杨廷宝) and built by the Liyuan Construction Company(Chinese: 利源营造厂) for 95,000 RMB donated by the San Francisco Chinese-Americans as well as the Liaoning Province Kuomintang branch. The construction project was started in the fall of 1932 and completed in August, 1933.

The former Wang Hanzhou residence, Jianghan Hall (江汉会馆), Ancient Sun Palace (古太阳宫), and other ancient cultural sites are located in the area.
The Wang Hanzhou residence (Chinese: 王汉洲故居; pinyin: Wáng Hànzhōu Gùjū), built in the late Qing dynasty, is located at 83, Hebei Avenue in the New River area. The wood building is in the traditional Chinese courtyard style (四合院; sìhéyuàn) and open on three sides. Built of brick with dimensions of 42 by 12 metres (138 by 39 ft), the structure has a courtyard, atrium, and dwelling rooms. Ornate, high relief wood carvings were made in the doors and beams of the house in the designs of birds, figures, and flowers. A half-moon shaped hall is situated on the top floor of the three stories. The residence has views of the pier and the New River. It is considered a masterpiece of residential architecture in Nanjing.

The Nanjing Dinghuaimen Yangtze River Tunnel, formerly Nanjing Yangzijiang Tunnel, is a set of two tunnels under the Yangtze River in Nanjing, China. The tunnel connects the Gulou District to Jiangbei New District in the city of Nanjing. Construction of the tunnels began in 2010. The tunnel broke through in 2015 and was opened on 1 January 2016. The tunnel was renamed on 20 December 2019.

Nanjing is the capital of Jiangsu, a province in East China. Nanjing Lukou International Airport (IATA: NKG, ICAO: ZSNJ) is an international airport serving Nanjing, the capital of East China’s Jiangsu province, and a major airport serving the Yangtze River Delta area. As of 2020, it is the 12th busiest civil airport in China, dropping one place from 2019 after being overtaken by Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. It is located in the suburban Jiangning District, over 35 km (22 mi) south of the city center, and is connected to Nanjing and neighboring towns by expressways. Phase I of the Ninggao Intercity Line and Line S1 of the Nanjing Metro link the airport with Nanjing South railway station.

The botanical garden is also known as Zhongshan Botanical Garden after the spelling of its name in pinyin.
Qingliangshan Park (Chinese: (清凉山公园; lit. 'cooling hill'), is a 73 hectares (180 acres) park located in the Gulou District, Nanjing, China. It sits on Qingliang Hill, which is more than 100 metres (330 ft) high and 4 kilometres (2.5 miles) in radius.
The City Wall of Nanjing was designed by the Hongwu Emperor (1328–1398) after he founded the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644) and established Nanjing as the capital in 1368. To consolidate his sovereignty and defend the city against coastal pirates, he adopted the suggestions of advisor Zhu Sheng to build a higher city wall, to expand strategic food reserve and to postpone the coronation. The construction of the wall required the labor of 200,000 workers over twenty-one years to complete. Around 7 million cubic meters (250×106 cu ft) of earth were shifted to create one of the largest city walls ever constructed in China. The enclosed Nanjing City is about 55 square kilometers.

The Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum (Chinese: 中山陵; pinyin: Zhōngshān Líng) is situated at the foot of the second peak of Purple Mountain in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. Construction of the tomb started in January 1926, shortly after Sun Yat-sen's death, and was finished in spring of 1929. The architect was Lü Yanzhi, who died shortly after it was finished. His representative and project partner was his close friend Huang Tanpu.
The Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge (simplified Chinese: 大胜关长江大桥; traditional Chinese: 大勝關長江大橋; pinyin: Dàshèngguān Chángjiāng Dàqiáo; lit. 'pass of the great victory') crosses the Yangtze River in Nanjing, Jiangsu. Construction of the bridge started in 2006 and it was completed in 2010. The bridge has two main spans of 336 m (1,102 ft) it is one of the largest arch bridges in the world. It carries six tracks: two for the Beijing–Shanghai High-Speed Railway (opened on 30 June 2011), two for the Shanghai–Wuhan–Chengdu high-speed railway (opened on 22 January 2011) and two for line S3 of the Nanjing Metro (opened on 6 December 2017).

It is one of Nanjing's most important Buddhist monasteries. The temple is the cradle of East Asian Mādhyamaka.
The Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge (simplified Chinese: 南京长江大桥; traditional Chinese: 南京長江大橋; pinyin: Nánjīng Chángjiāng Dàqiáo), previously called the First Nanjing Yangtze Bridge, is a double-decked road-rail truss bridge across the Yangtze River in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China connecting the city's Pukou and Gulou districts. Its upper deck is part of China National Highway 104, spanning 4,588 metres (15,052 ft). Its lower deck, with a double-track railway, is 6,772 metres (22,218 ft) long, and completes the Beijing–Shanghai railway, which had been divided by the Yangtze for decades. Its right bridge consists of nine piers, with the maximum span of 160 metres (525 ft) and the total length of 1,576 metres (5,171 ft). The bridge carries approximately 80,000 vehicles and 190 trains per day.

Nanjingnan (Nanjing South) railway station (Chinese: 南京南站; pinyin: Nánjīngnán Zhàn) is a high-speed railway station in Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu province, serving the Beijing–Shanghai (Jinghu) high-speed railway, Shanghai–Nanjing (Huning) intercity railway, Nanjing–Hangzhou (Ninghang) high-speed railway, Shanghai–Wuhan–Chengdu (Huhanrong) high-speed railway, Nanjing–Anqing intercity railway and the South Jiangsu Riverside high-speed railway. The new Nanjing South railway station is located a few kilometers south of downtown Nanjing in Yuhuatai District, and has a connection with the Nanjing Metro, served by Lines 1, 3, S1 and S3. Construction on the station began on 10 January 2008, and the station opened on 28 June 2011, two days before the opening of the Beijing–Shanghai high-speed railway.

Mochou Lake (Chinese: 莫愁湖; pinyin: Mòchóu Hú; lit. 'No Worry Lake or No Unhappiness Lake') is located west of the Qinhuai River and Hanzhongmen Gate in Nanjing, inside Mochou Lake Park. The lake is named after Mochou, a legendary woman known for her beauty, versatility, virtue and loyalty. It was named Hengtang in ancient times, and also known as Stone City Lake. The lake park was owned by Zhu Yuanzhang, the first emperor of Ming dynasty, and bestowed to his general Xu Da. Since then, it has become a famous garden best known for its two-storied Shenggi Pavilion. Within the park are other pavilions, gardens, pools and a stunning rock display. It is noted for its architecture, collection of carved antique rosewood furniture and calligraphies. Visitors can take boats allow through the lotus blossomed lake.
