Saxmundham ( saks-MUN-dəm) is a market town in Suffolk, England, set in the valley of the River Fromus about 18 miles (29 km) north-east of Ipswich and 5 miles (8 km) west of the coast at Sizewell. The town is bypassed by the main A12 road between London and Lowestoft. The town is served by Saxmundham railway station on the East Suffolk Line between Ipswich and Lowestoft.

SET Saxmundham School (formerly Saxmundham Free School) is a free school in Saxmundham, Suffolk, East Anglia, with approximately 309 pupils. It was rated "good" by Ofsted in May 2014. In March 2018 Ofsted carried out a short inspection of the school where it maintained its "good" rating. It opened in 2012 with 105 pupils out of a total of 312 places available. The school now has 600 places available.
