White Store Church and Evergreen Cemetery is a national historic district containing a historic meetinghouse and cemetery at the junction of New York State Route 8 and White Store Road, 4 miles south of South New Berlin in Norwich, Chenango County, New York. The district includes two contributing buildings, one contributing site, and seven contributing structures. The property consists of the cemetery established in 1805 and a Federal style frame church completed in 1820. Also on the property is a small maintenance shed and privy. The church is a simple, two story frame structure with a gable roof, measuring 40 feet wide and 46 feet deep. The cemetery contains approximately 400 burials, with the earliest stones dated to 1795.

The Newton Homestead is a historic octagon house located on Ridge Road in the South Otselic hamlet of the town of Otselic, Chenango County, New York. It was built about 1860 by Leroy and Courtland Newton, and is a two-story, rubble filled concrete building sheathed in stucco. Spirit House, also known as Timothy Brown House or Brown's Hall, is a historic home located at Georgetown in Madison County, New York. It was built about 1865 and is essentially a square, wood frame structure. The exterior features two-by-fours arranged vertically and scalloped at regular intervals. The use of the scallop pattern gives the Spirit House a highly textured surface and it is almost impossible to discern how it is constructed without close inspection. It also features a three tiered cornice with downward pointing keys. It was constructed as a residence and for meetings of Spiritualists in a large hall on the second floor.

The Greenwood Museum at the 19th century Upperville Meeting House was created by artist Terrance Lindall in the 1980s. The Quaker meeting house was flanked by a park, a rectory and overlooked a waterfall on Pleasant Brook alongside Quaker Hill Road. Lindall gave the meeting house back to the Quakers of Hamilton, New York, to devote his energies to helping build one of New York City's newest museums, the Williamsburg Art & Historical Center.

Earlville Opera House is a historic theater at Earlville in Chenango County, New York. It was built in 1890 and occupies four of the eight units of the Douglass Block. The three story opera house rises above the two story annex with the theater and balcony occupying the second and third floors, while storefronts are housed on the first floor. The heyday of the opera house was from the 1890s to the 1920s; in 1937 it was renovated for talking motion pictures and was in use as a movie house until 1950. It is located within the Earlville Historic District. It is used as a community arts center.

Charles C. Hovey House and Strong Leather Company Mill is a historic home and mill located at Bainbridge in Chenango County, New York. The house is a 2+1⁄2-story Queen Anne style residence constructed in 1889. It and the adjacent carriage house were included as part of the Bainbridge Historic District. The mill building is a long 1+1⁄2-story, 5,000-square-foot (460 m2) structure built between 1897 and 1903 to house the Strong Leather Company, a manufacturer of patent leather. The roof is defined by its unusual parabolic arch, formed by a series of 60 rounded bows joined to the rafters.

The Eaton Family Residence-Jewish Center of Norwich is a historic home located at 72 S. Broad Street in Norwich, Chenango County, New York. It was built in 1914 and is a 2+1⁄2-story, tan brick residence with a green ceramic tile, side-gabled roof resting on a cut stone foundation in the Colonial Revival style. The main block is rectangular, five bays wide and two bays deep. The main entrance is set within a prominent one bay wood portico with gabled roof supported by paired, fluted classical columns. Starting in 1955, it has been used as a synagogue and community center by local German-Jewish refugees.
