Godulla e Karavastasë shtrihet ndërmjet grykëderdhjeve të Semanit dhe të Shkumbinit, në perëndim të lagunës së Karavastasë, midis saj e detit Adriatik. Është një lagunë e vogël në formim e sipër, në trajtë pothuajse vezake, me sipërfaqe 8.5 ha. Godulla e Karavastasë ka filluar të formohet në dhjetëvjeçarin e parë të shek.XX (pasi kishte marrë formë të plotë laguna e Karavastasë) nga dy shigjeta bregdetare të krijuara nga grumbullimi i vazhdueshëm i lëndëve të ngurta të Semanit dhe Shkumbinit.
The Lagoon of Viluni (Albanian: Laguna e Vilunit or Këneta e Vilunit), also commonly Lagoon of Velipojë, is a lagoon of the Adriatic Sea on the Mediterranean Sea in the northern coast of Albania. Throughout history, the lagoon was a sea inlet and has been currently transformed into an estuary formed through a channel from the Buna River.
Lake Butrint (Albanian: Liqeni i Butrintit) is a salt lagoon south of Saranda, Albania, located in direct proximity of the Ionian Sea. It is surrounded by dense forested hills, rocky coast and complemented by saltwater and freshwater marshlands. The lake has a length of 7.1 km (4.4 mi) and a width of 3.3 km (2.1 mi), with a surface area of 16 km2 (6.18 sq mi). The maximum depth of the lake is 24.4 m (80 ft). At the south, the Vivari Channel connects the lagoon to the sea.
Liqeni i Dhenve (meaning Lake of the Sheep in Albanian) is a small mountain lake in the north of Albania. Dhenve lake is situated in the Prokletije range near to the border with Kosovo. Dhenve Lake is a round lake, and the river that originates from it flows down into the Gashi River. It has a surface area of approximately 0.8 hectares (2.0 acres).
Big lake of Buni Jezercë (Albanian: Liqeni i Madh i Buni Jezercës) is one of the largest lakes in the Albanian Alps found in the north of Albania. Big Lake is on an altitude of 1,792 m (5,879 ft) above sea level and is the largest of the 6 lakes found in the Buni Jezercë (meaning 'Valley of the Lakes') near the Montenegrin border. Many high peaks surround the lake, including Maja e Jezercës with a height of 2,694 m (8,839 ft). This large mountain lake has an estimated maximum length of 380 m (1,247 ft) and a maximum width of 200 m (656 ft). The area of the lake is almost five hectares.
Tropojë Lake (Albanian: Liqeni i Tropojës) is a small mountain lake in the Prokletije mountains in western Kosovo, only 180m from the Albanian border. The lake has an oval shape and is 100m in length and 40m in width. Rivers that originate on this lake flow downwards to join larger rivers and then finally flow into the White Drin.
Lake Sylbicë (Albanian: Liqeni i Sylbicës) is a large mountain lake in the Accursed Mountains range in the north of Albania with an area of 2.8 hectares (6.9 acres). It is about 1 km (0.62 mi) from the border with Kosovo. This lake is surrounded with meadows and is just east of the somewhat larger Lake Dash.
Sope Lake (Albanian: Liqeni i Sopes) is the largest natural mountain lake in Albania. Sope Lake is located on the southern slopes of the Mali i Lopës with a surface elevation of 1,734 m (5,689 ft). The maximum length of the lake is about 880 m (2,887 ft) and the maximum width of it is about 730 m (2,395 ft). The lake has a surface area of 29 hectares (72 acres).
The Bay of Lalzi (Albanian: Gjiri i Lalzit — Albanian pronunciation: [ˈɟiːɾi i ˈlalːzit], also Albanian: Gjiri i Shën Pjetrit) is a large bay of the Adriatic Sea within the Mediterranean Sea in Southern Europe.
Liqeni i Dushkut ndodhet afër qytetit të Gramshit. Liqeni ndodhet 1105 m mbi nivelin e detit, është 22 ha dhe përbën një ekosistem mjaft të pasur dhe një pikë turistike në Shqipëri.
