II. Mahmud Çeşmesi, Türkiye'nin İstanbul ilinin Kadıköy ilçesinde yer alan bir çeşmedir. II. Mahmud tarafından 1831 ya da 1832 yılında yaptırıldı. 1982 yılında bölgede yapılan düzenlemeler sırasında yeri değiştirilerek günümüzdeki konumuna taşındı. 2007 yılında Kadıköy Belediyesi tarafından bir restorasyon çalışması gerçekleştirildi.
