中国商用飞机有限责任公司（英語：Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd.，縮寫COMAC），简称中国商飞，是中华人民共和国研制大型民航飛機的国有企业。公司目标是生产成为拥有自主知识产权和国际竞争力的大型寬體民用飞机制造商。

The headquarters are in Pudong, Shanghai. The company has a registered capital of RMB 19 billion (US$2.7 billion as of May 2008). The corporation is a designer and constructor of large passenger aircraft with capacities of over 150 passengers.
