徳源院(とくげんいん)は、滋賀県米原市清滝にある天台宗の寺院。山号は霊通山。本尊は聖観世音菩薩。寺号で清瀧寺(せいりゅうじ)とも呼ばれる。京極氏の菩提寺であり、境内にある京極家墓所は国の史跡に指定されている。

Tokugen-in (徳源院) is a Buddhist temple in the Kiyotaki neighborhood of the city of Maibara, Shiga Prefecture Japan. It belongs to the Tendai school of Japanese Buddhism and its main image is a hibutsu statue of Sho-Kannon Bosatsu. The temple is noted as the bodaiji of the Kyōgoku clan, a prominent Sengoku and Edo period daimyō clan. The clan cemetery was designated a National Historic Site in 1936.
