Die Straßenbahn Groß-Lichterfelde war die meterspurige Straßenbahn in den heutigen Berliner Ortsteilen und Ortslagen Lichterfelde, Lankwitz, Steglitz, Südende und Mariendorf. Sie entstand aus der 1881 eröffneten Elektrischen Eisenbahn in Lichterfelde, die als erste dauerhaft elektrisch betriebene Straßenbahn der Welt gilt (wobei dies auch von der Lokalbahn Mödling–Hinterbrühl beansprucht wird, jedoch im engeren Sinn). Sie wurde von Siemens & Halske errichtet und ab dem 16. Mai 1881 betrieben.
