Gastown is the original settlement that became the core of the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and a national historic site and a neighbourhood in the northwest section of the Downtown Eastside, adjacent to Downtown Vancouver.

煤氣鎮（英語：Gastown）是加拿大卑詩省溫哥華市内一個地區，位於市中心東北角，在市政府的振興市中心東端計劃中也被當成該區的一部份。煤氣鎮是溫哥華開埠時最早開發的社區，當時以布勒內灣海旁（填海後現時是水街和加拿大太平洋鐵路路軌所在）、哥倫比亞街、喜士定街和甘比街為界。
Gastown ist ein historischer Stadtteil im Zentrum Vancouvers und heute ein Quartier im Stadtteil Downtown. Der Name stammt vom britischen Siedler John „Gassy Jack“ Deighton, der hier 1867 das erste Lokal eröffnete. Das berühmteste Wahrzeichen des Stadtteils ist eine Dampfuhr. Der Ort wuchs rasch, als sich eine Sägemühle und ein Seehafen ansiedelten. Schnell wurde es ein Handels- und Finanzzentrum.
Gastown es un área de Vancouver, Columbia Británica, localizada entre Downtown y Downtown Eastside. Sus límites históricos han sido lo que hoy se conoce como Water Street, la vía férrea del Canadian Pacific Railway, Columbia Street, Hastings Street y Cambie Street. La mayor parte de Hastings Street no está incluida dentro de los límites oficiales actuales. El barrio recibe su nombre de “Gassy” Jack Deighton, el dueño de un bar establecido en la zona en 1867; la ciudad de Vancouver se desarrolló alrededor de esta taberna y del aserradero de Hastings Mill.
