The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (Spanish: Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción), commonly referred to as the New Cathedral of Cuenca (Spanish: Nueva Catedral de Cuenca), is the cathedral church in Cuenca, Ecuador. It is situated in front of Parque Calderon.

La Catedral Metropolitana de la Inmaculada Concepción de Cuenca, también llamada Catedral de Cuenca, o Catedral Nueva, es una iglesia católica ubicado en la ciudad de Cuenca, Ecuador. De estilos románico, gótico y renacentista con tres cúpulas que sobresalen del tejado, está inspirada en la Basílica de San Pedro en Roma. La construcción comenzó en 1885 y terminó alrededor de 100 años después en la década de 1980. Es uno de los más grandes atractivos arquitectónicos del país junto a la Basílica del Cisne en la provincia de Loja y la Basílica del Voto Nacional en Quito. Tiene un aforo de unas 8000 personas en su interior y atrae a cientos de devotos católicos diarios y visitantes .
