Hornbach Abbey (German: Kloster Hornbach) is a former monastery founded around 741 in the historic town of Gamundias (today Hornbach) by Saint Pirmin, which soon became a Benedictine abbey. The most important neighbouring abbeys were Bausendorf, Saint-Avold, Glandern, Villers-Bettnach, Fraulautern, Mettlach, Tholey, and the stift of St. Arnual. The neighboring spiritual centers were Trier and Metz. At present, all that remains of Hornbach Abbey are the structural remains of the convent buildings, which have been supplemented by a monastery museum, and a modern chapel with the historical tomb of the monastery's founder.

Das Kloster Hornbach ist ein um das Jahr 741 im historischen Ort Gamundias (heute Hornbach) vom heiligen Pirminius gegründetes ehemaliges Kloster, das bald als Benediktinerabtei bestand. Die bedeutendsten unmittelbaren Nachbarabteien waren Busendorf, St. Avold, Glandern, Weiler-Bettnach, Fraulautern, Mettlach, Tholey, sowie das Stift St. Arnual. Die benachbarten geistigen Zentren waren Trier und Metz. In der Gegenwart existieren von der Hornbacher Klosteranlage nur noch bauliche Reste der Konventsgebäude, die durch ein Klostermuseum ergänzt wurden, sowie eine neuzeitliche Kapelle mit dem historischen Grab des Klostergründers.
