The Yeni Mosque (Greek: Γενί Τζαμί, from Turkish: Yeni Cami, lit. 'new mosque') is a historical Ottoman mosque in Mytilene on the island of Lesbos in Greece. It was built in 1825 by local governor Mustafa Agha Koulaxiz, the largest and newest of the Ottoman mosques on the island. The greater complex eventually included a madrasa, a mufti's rooms and a cemetery. The mosque functioned for about a century.

Το Γενί Τζαμί Μυτιλήνης (μεταφράζεται από τα Τουρκικά ως Νέο Τζαμί) είναι ένα οθωμανικό τέμενος στην Μυτιλήνη, Λέσβο. Ανοικοδομήθηκε περίπου το 1825 από τον ναζίρη της Μυτιλήνης Μουσταφά Αγά Κουλαξίζη και βρίσκεται στην σημερινή συνοικία της Επάνω Σκάλας. Επί Οθωμανικής αυτοκρατορίας το τζαμί βρισκόταν στο κέντρο της αγοράς. Το κτίσμα είναι λιθόδμητο, είχε κεραμοσκεπή τρούλο και περιέχει στοιχεία βυζαντινής και οθωμανικής αρχιτεκτονικής.
