Gökmedrese or Gök Medrese, is a 13th-century Anatolian Seljuk medrese, in Tokat, Turkey. An example of Seljuk architecture, the building hosted for years the "Tokat Müzesi" (Museum of Tokat), an archaeological and ethnographical museum, until the latter moved in 2012 to a location in the bedesten area.

Gök Medrese, Türkiye'nin Tokat ilinde yer alan bir Anadolu Selçuklu medresesidir. 1277'de iki katlı bir yapı olarak inşa edildi. 1926'dan 2012'ye kadar arkeoloji ve etnografya müzesi olan Tokat Müzesi'ne ev sahipliği yaptı. 2021-2023 yılları arasında medresede restorasyon çalışmaları yürütüldü.
