The St. Mary's Church or Virgin Mary's Church (Albanian: Shpella e Maligradit) is an Eastern Orthodox cave church on the island of Maligrad, in the Albanian part of Lake Prespa. It is a Cultural Monument of Albania. The church is dedicated to Saint Mary and was built by Serbian nobleman Kesar Novak (alb. Qesar Novaku), in the year 1369.

Shpella e Maligradit (Kisha e Shën Mërisë) ndodhet në liqenin e Prespës në ishullin e Maligradit. Kisha e Shën Mërisë e shekullit XIV është një nga monumentet më me vlerë të trashëgimisë kulturore. Në këtë ishull janë gjetur edhe objekte si tjegulla, kollona e kapitele që i përkasin sipas arkeologëve një kishe paleokristiane që mendohet të ketë qënë në pjesën e sipërme të liqenit. Sipër këtij ishulli ndodhen edhe rrënojat e vilës verore të Car Simeonit të shekullit XI. Kisha e shën Mërisë është një themelim i vjetër dhe ka shërbyer si qëndër shpirtërore për prijësat shqiptarë. Mbishkrimet që gjenden në këtë kishë i përkasin periudhave të ndryshme të lidhura me historinë e këtij monumenti. Një mbishkrim në faqen jugore, më i hershmi në këtë kishë i përket vitit 1345 dhe fazës së parë të zbukurimit të kësaj kishe me afreske.
