Uthörn (dänisch: Udhjørne Holm, nordfriesisch: Uthörn) ist eine kleine Nebeninsel der nordfriesischen Nordseeinsel Sylt und ist nach dieser die zweitnördlichste Insel in Deutschland. Uthörn gehört zur Sylter Gemeinde List.
Uthörn (German pronunciation: [ˈuːtˌhœʁn]; Danish: Udhjørne Holm) is a small German island adjacent to the Sylt island in the district of Nordfriesland, and as such it is Germany's northernmost isle right after Sylt proper. It belongs to the List municipality.
Udhjørne Holm (dansk) eller Uthörn (tysk/nordfrisisk) er en ubeboet småø (holm) i Silds kongshavn. Øen ligger umiddelbar syd for Silds albue og nord for byen List. Hele øen er cirka 780 meter lang, 240 meter bred og har et samlet areal på 13 hektar. Administrativt er øen en del af LIst kommune.
Uthörn (danés: Udhjørne Holm) es una pequeña isla alemana localizada junto a la isla de Sylt, en el distrito de Nordfriesland, y como tal es la isla más septentrional de Alemania después de Sylt propiamente dicha. Pertenece al municipio de List.
