Otoyol 5 (English: Motorway 5), named the Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir Motorway (Turkish: Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir Otoyolu) and abbreviated as O-5, is a toll motorway in Turkey. Since being completed in 2019, it connects the Istanbul metropolitan area with İzmir, via Bursa and Balıkesir. The O-5 runs parallel to the D575 and the D565 for most of its length and is a major motorway in Turkey as it provides a direct connection between Istanbul and its surrounding metropolis to the country's 3rd largest (İzmir) and 4th largest (Bursa) cities, bypassing the Gulf of İzmit via the Osman Gazi Bridge. The O-5 also makes up part of the International E-road network E881 thus making it one of the most extensive and expensive transport megaprojects.
Otoyol 5 ( ), Kocaeli ve İzmir'i birbirine bağlayan otoyoldur. Otoyol, 4 Ağustos 2019'da tamamıyla hizmete girdi. Osmangazi Köprüsü, otoyolun en önemli geçişlerinden birisidir. Projenin ana amacı, mevcut devlet yollarındaki trafik yoğunluğunu azaltmak, zaman tasarrufu sağlamak ve otoyolun geçeceği bölgelerin gelişimine katkıda bulunmaktır. Otoyolun, Bursa Kuzey Gişeleri - Bursa Batı Gişeleri ve Akalan Gişeleri - Karasuluk Kavşağı arası hariç tamamı ücretlidir. Otoyol 21'den sonra Türkiye'deki en uzun 2. otoyoldur.
Die Otoyol 5 oder O-5 ist eine türkische Autobahnstrecke. Sie führt von Gebze über Orhangazi in die Provinzen Bursa, Balıkesir, Manisa und von dort nach İzmir. Die Autobahn wird mit dem Build-Operate-Transfer-Modell realisiert. Die Ausschreibung, die auch die Brücke über den Golf von İzmit beinhaltete, erfolgte im Jahre 2009.

De voltooiing van het volledige traject is voorzien in 2019. Dan zal de snelweg het metropool gebied van Istanboel verbinden met İzmir, de derde stad van het land, via Bursa (vierde stad) en Balıkesir. De route kort het traject rond de Golf van İzmit in langs de in 2016 geopende Osman Gazibrug. Bij voltooiing zal de weg ook deel uitmaken van de Klasse B-wegen van het E-routenetwerk als onderdeel van de E881.
