Der Zoll- und Binnenhafen der Stadt Mainz war einer der vier Mainzer Häfen, die sich unterteilen in drei Hafenbetriebe: Zoll- und Binnenhafen (Ingelheimer Aue), Rheinreede (Mainz-Weisenau) und Industriehafen (Mombach), sowie dem Freizeitgebiet Winterhafen. Das kommerzielle Hafengebiet erstreckte sich von Rheinkilometer 499,100 bis 503,701.

The Port of Mainz (or Mainzer Hafen in German) is the port of Mainz, Germany. Lying on the western bank of the Rhine river, it has a long history reaching back through the Middle Ages to Roman times. The modern port facilities, existing for approximately 120 years in their general environs, are located mostly to the north of the city proper, and will be extended to the north of their current location during the coming years to make space for a new residential area.

Es uno de los principales puertos fluviales alemanes por su tonelaje 1 431 000 toneladas en 2006, detrás del puerto renano de Duisburg. Su enlace directo con el puerto de Róterdam a través del Rin comunica el mar con el corazón de una de las mayores regiones industriales de Europa.
