Το ιερό του Ασκληπιού ή Ασκληπιείο είναι ένα αρχαίο νοσοκομείο, όπου βρίσκεται στην νότια πλευρά της Ακρόπολης δίπλα από το Θέατρο του Διονύσου. Ήταν ένας μικρός ναός του Ασκληπιού όπου ήταν χώρος διανυκτέρευσης των ασθενών περιμένοντας το βράδυ τις οδηγίες για να ιατρευτούνε από τον Ασκληπιό. Στο βάθος του ιερού βρίσκεται μια πηγή με νερό για κάθαρση, ενώ στην άκρη του υπάρχει ένας λάκκος (βόθρος) που έριχναν τα υπολείμματα των θυσιών.
