Priene Sinagogu, muhtemelen milattan sonra 2. yüzyılda Anadolu'da inşa edilmiş bir sinagogtur. Sinagog'un keşfi 1895-1898 yılları arasında bölgede kazı çalışmaları yürüten Theodor Wiegand ve Hans Schrader tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Toplantı odası olarak tanımlanan bölgenin ilk olarak bir erken Hristiyan kilisesi olduğu düşünülmüşse de daha sonra yapının bir sinagog olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Sinagog öncesi normal bir ev olarak kullanılan yapı muhtemelen helenistik dönemde inşa edilmişti. Bu yapıyı sinagog haline getirmek için yapının bütünüyle yeniden düzenlenmesi gerekliydi.
