Das Wittelsbacher Palais war ein neugotisches Stadtpalais der Wittelsbacher in der heutigen Brienner Straße 20 in München. Es wurde in den Jahren 1843–1848 nach einem Entwurf von Friedrich von Gärtner für den bayerischen Kronprinzen Maximilian erbaut. Nach dem Ende der Monarchie wurde es 1919 zum Sitz der Münchner Räterepublik und 1933 zum Sitz der Geheimen Staatspolizei. In der Nachkriegszeit wurde das Wittelsbacher Palais abgebrochen und auf dem Grundstück die Bayerische Landesbank erbaut.

The Wittelsbacher Palais was located in Munich at the northeast corner of the Brienner Strasse and the Türkenstraße. Today, a building of the BayernLB is located at the site of the palace. A copy of one of two stone lions at the entrance area is the only keepsake of the palace.
