Die Medupi-kragsentrale is 'n nuwe droogverkoelde steenkoolkragsentrale wat vir Eskom gebou is naby Lephalale in die provinsie Limpopo, Suid-Afrika. Nadat dit voltooi is, bestaan die kragsentrale uit ses ketels wat elkeen 800 MW turbines aandryf, en altesaam 4 800 MW elektrisiteit opwek. Dit is die grootse droogverkoelde en vierde grootste steenkoolkragsentrale ter wêreld. Die kontrak om die ketels te voorsien is met Hitachi gesluit, en Alstom het die stoomturbines vir die aanleg voorsien. Teen 'n bedrag van R33,6 miljard is hierdie die grootste kontrak wat Eskom nog aangegaan het. Die ketels is superkrities, wat die algehele doeltreffendheid van die kragsentrale verbeter.
