Dafnousia (Greek: Δαφνούσια) is a former municipality in Phthiotis, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Lokroi, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 77.374 km2. In 2021 its population was 3,387. The seat of the municipality was in Livanates where three quarters of the population live. Dafnousia borders on the municipal unit of Atalanti to the south, and Agios Konstantinos to the west. The name of the municipality comes from the ancient city of "Dafnous" or "Dafnountas" (probably today's Agios Konstantinos village).
Ο δήμος Δαφνουσίων ήταν δήμος του νομού Φθιώτιδας που συστάθηκε με το πρόγραμμα Καποδίστριας από τη συνένωση παλαιότερων κοινοτήτων της περιοχής, που αποτέλεσαν στη συνέχεια τα δημοτικά διαμερίσματα του δήμου. Λειτούργησε την περίοδο 1999 -2010 οπότε και καταργήθηκε με την εφαρμογή του προγράμματος Καλλικράτης και εντάχθηκε στον νέο δήμο Λοκρών. Βρισκόταν στα νότια του νομού ανάμεσα στους δήμους Αταλάντης και Αγίου Κωνσταντίνου. Είναι ένας από τους δήμους που συγκροτούν την επαρχία Λοκρίδας. Ο δήμος αποτελούταν από τρία δημοτικά διαμερίσματα, καταλάμβανε έκταση 77 τ.χλμ. και είχε συνολικό πληθυσμό 4.326 κατοίκους. Έδρα του δήμου ήταν οι Λιβανάτες.
Le dème de Dafnoúsia, en grec moderne : Δήμος Δαφνουσίων / Dímos Dafnousíon, est un dème du district régional de Phthiotide, en Grèce-Centrale. Depuis 2010, le dème est fusionné au sein du dème des Locriens.
Dafnoúsia (kreik. Δαφνούσια; virallisesti Δημοτική Ενότητα Δαφνουσίων, Dimotikí Enótita Dafnousíon) on yksi Lokroín kunnan kunnallisyksiköistä ja entinen itsenäinen Kreikan kunta. Se sijaitsee Fthiotiin alueyksikössä Keski-Kreikan alueella. Kunnallisyksikön väkiluku on 3 629 (vuonna 2011).
Dafnousia (griechisch Δαφνούσια (n. pl.), auch Dafnoussia) ist seit 2011 ein Gemeindebezirk in Mittelgriechenland. Benannt wurde die ehemalige Gemeinde nach Daphnous, dem antiken Namen von Agios Konstantinos.
