Nikolaiika (Greek: Νικολαίϊκα) is a village in the municipal unit of Diakopto, Achaea, Greece. It is located near the Gulf of Corinth coast, 1 km east of Rizomylos, 5 km west of Diakopto and 7 km southeast of Aigio. The Greek National Road 8A (Patras - Aigio - Corinth) passes south of the village.
Τα Νικολαίικα είναι χωριό της Αχαΐας, πρώην ανεξάρτητη κοινότητα και από το 1999 δημοτικό διαμέρισμα του πρώην Δήμου Διακοπτού. Απέχει 52 χλμ. από την Πάτρα. Είναι παραθαλάσσιο παραθεριστικό χωριό με πολλούς ξενώνες και ξενοδοχεία. Στην απογραφή του 2011 ο οικισμός βρέθηκε να έχει πληθυσμό 438 κατοίκους.
