Το Βυζαντινό Μουσείο Χίου είναι μουσείο στη Χίο. Το μουσείο εκθέτει ευρήματα που τοποθετούνται χρονικά κατά τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο, τη Γενοβέζικη κατοχή του νησιού, αλλά και αργότερα, κατά την Τουρκοκρατία. Το κτίριο του μουσείου στεγάζεται στο πρώην Μετζιτιέ Τζαμί, οθωμανικό τέμενος που κτίστηκε με χορηγεία του σουλτάνου Αβδούλ Μετζήτ στα μέσα του 19ου αιώνα. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης της Χίου, δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία. Άρχισε να λειτουργεί το 1980. Πρόσφατα, το κτήριο ανακαινίστηκε.
