Eileithyia Cave (also the Cave of Eileithyia) was a sacred cave dedicated to the goddess of childbirth, Eileithyia, on the island of Crete. The site was used from the Neolithic to the Roman era, with worship flourishing in the Late Minoan period. It is located one kilometre (0.6 mi) south of the town of Amnisos.

Το σπήλαιο της Ειλειθυίας ήταν ιερό σπήλαιο αφιερωμένο στη θεά του τοκετού, την Ειλείθυια, στο νησί της Κρήτης, που χρησιμοποιήθηκε από τη νεολιθική εποχή έως τους ρωμαϊκούς, με τη λατρεία να ακμάζει στην ύστερη μινωική περίοδο. Έχει προταθεί ότι οι βραχώδεις σχηματισμοί μέσα στο σπήλαιο μοιάζουν με γυναικείες μορφές, κυρίως ο σταλαγμίτης στο κέντρο που εμφανίζεται ως όρθια γυναίκα.

La grotte d'Ilithyie ou grotte d'Amnisos est une grotte de Crète, en Grèce. Elle se situe dans le nome d'Héraklion, dans la commune d'Amnisos, l'ancien port de la cité minoenne de Knossos. Cette grotte, fouillée par Spyridon Marinatos dans les années 1930, fut identifiée comme la grotte dédiée au culte d'Ilithyie mentionnée par Homère dans l'Odyssée.

Eileithyian luola (kreik. Σπήλαιο της Ειλείθυιας, Spílaio tis Eileíthyias; myös Spíleo tis Ilíthiias) on luola ja arkeologinen kohde Kreetan saarella Kreikassa. Se sijaitsee Iraklionin itäpuolella lähellä Karteróksen kylää noin kilometri etelään muinaisen Amnisoksen paikasta. Paikallisesti luola tunnetaan myös nimellä Neraïdóspilios (Νεραϊδόσπηλιος, ”Haltijaluola”).

İlithiya Mağarası (Yunanca: Σπήλαιο Ειλειθυίας), ayrıca İlithiya'nın Mağarası da bilinir, Yunanistan'ın Girit adasında doğum tanrıçası Eileithyia'ya adanmış, Neolitik çağdan Roma dönemine kadar kullanılmış, Geç Minos döneminde tapınma için kullanılan kutsal bir mağaraydı. Mağara içindeki kaya oluşumlarının kadın figürlerine benzediği, en belirgin olarak merkezde ayakta duran bir kadın olarak görünen bir dikit olduğu öne sürülmüştür.
