The Horse Memorial (Afrikaans: Perdstandbeeld) is a provincial heritage site in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa, in memory of the horses that served and died during the Second Boer War, where Britain brought a large number of horses to South Africa. Designed by Joseph Whitehead, the life-sized bronze memorial features a kneeling soldier presenting a bucket of water to a service horse.

Op 'n verkeerseiland op die kruising van Rinkstraat, Kaap- en Russellweg in Port Elizabeth staan 'n standbeeld van 'n lewensgroot perd. Dit herdenk die duisende perde wat tydens die Tweede Vryheidsoorlog vermink is en gesterf het. Alleen al aan Britse kant het meer as 300 000 perde in die oorlog omgekom. Hierdie is die enigste beeld in Suid-Afrika wat uitsluitlik aan 'n perd gewy is.

Il est érigé en mémoire des chevaux qui ont servi et qui sont morts pendant la seconde guerre des Boers, la Grande-Bretagne ayant amené un grand nombre de chevaux en Afrique du Sud durant ce conflit. Conçu par Joseph Whitehead (en), ce monument commémoratif en bronze et à taille réelle présente un soldat agenouillé, qui tend un seau d'eau à son cheval de service.
