It was founded in the year 1847, during the East India Company rule in India by the British Indian Army. The school was started for the purpose of educating British Indian Army European soldiers' children. Nobel Laureate C. V. Raman was a student of the school.

సెయింట్ అలోసియస్ ఆంగ్లో- ఇండియన్ హై స్కూల్ భారతదేశంలోని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లోని విశాఖపట్నం నగరంలో ఉన్న ఒక క్రైస్తవ మిషన్ పాఠశాల. ఇది భారతదేశంలో ఈస్టిండియా కంపెనీ పాలనలో 1847 లో బ్రిటిష్ ఇండియన్ ఆర్మీచే స్థాపించబడింది. బ్రిటీష్ ఇండియన్ ఆర్మీ యూరోపియన్ సైనికుల పిల్లలకు విద్యను అందించడం కోసం ఈ పాఠశాలను ప్రారంభించారు. నోబెల్ బహుమతి గ్రహీత సి.వి.రామన్ ఈ పాఠశాల విద్యార్థి.
