Die Glienicker Brücke über die Havel zwischen Berlin und Potsdam verbindet im Verlauf der Bundesstraße 1 die Königstraße (Berlin-Wannsee) mit der Berliner Straße in der Berliner Vorstadt von Potsdam. Ihren Namen verdankt die Straßenbrücke dem in der Nähe gelegenen ehemaligen Gut Klein Glienicke, an dessen Stelle heute das Schloss Glienicke liegt. Die Fachwerkbrücke wurde Ende 1907 als viertes Bauwerk an dieser Stelle unter dem Namen Kaiser-Wilhelm-Brücke eröffnet, der sich jedoch nicht durchsetzte.

It is named after nearby Glienicke Palace. The current bridge, the fourth on the site, was completed in 1907, although major reconstruction was necessary after it was damaged during World War II.

De Glienicker Brücke, ook wel de 'spionnenbrug' genoemd, is een brug over de zuidelijke arm van de Havel tussen de Duitse steden Potsdam en het zuidwesten van Berlijn (stadsdeel Wannsee). De weg over de Glienicker Brücke is onderdeel van Bundesstraße 1. Tijdens de Koude Oorlog lag de grens tussen West-Berlijn en de Duitse Democratische Republiek precies op het midden van de brug. De brug kreeg wereldwijde bekendheid door de agentenruil op 11 februari 1986.
