Oesyme or Oisyme (Attic Greek: Οἰσύμη, Doric Greek: Οἰσύμα) and Aisyme or Aesyme (Ancient Greek: Αἰσύμη) was an ancient Greek polis (city-state) located in ancient Thrace and later in Macedonia. It was within the region of Pieras or Edonis between the river Strymon and the river Nestos.

Oisyme (altgriechisch Οἰσύμη, neugriechisch Αρχαία Οισύμη) war eine antike Stadt etwa 1 km südlich des modernen griechischen Ortes Nea Peramos in Ostmakedonien. Sie liegt auf dem südlichen Ausläufer des Symvolon-Gebirges, des antiken Biblina. 500 m nordöstlich befindet sich die byzantinische Burg von Anaktoropolis.
