St. Stephen's Orthodox Church is a part of the Indian Orthodox Church founded by Saint Thomas, one of the disciples of Jesus Christ, in AD 52 at Malabar, a coastal area in India. In 1959, a few Oriental Orthodox Church believers migrated from the state of Kerala and started the Orthodox style church. The church grew since then, and has now around 150 families as members.

సెయింట్ స్టీఫెన్స్ ఆర్థోడాక్స్ చర్చి భారతదేశంలోని తీర ప్రాంతమైన మలబార్ లో క్రీ.శ 52 లో యేసుక్రీస్తు శిష్యులలో ఒకరైన సెయింట్ థామస్ స్థాపించిన భారతీయ ఆర్థోడాక్స్ చర్చిలో భాగం. 1959 లో, కొంతమంది ఓరియంటల్ ఆర్థోడాక్స్ చర్చి విశ్వాసులు కేరళ రాష్ట్రం నుండి వలస వచ్చి ఆర్థోడాక్స్ శైలి చర్చిని ప్రారంభించారు. అప్పటి నుండి ఈ చర్చి అభివృద్ధి చెందింది, ఇప్పటికీ సుమారు 150 కుటుంబాలు సభ్యులు ఉన్నారు.
