Phoenice or Phoenike (Ancient Greek: Φοινίκη) was an ancient Greek city in Epirus and capital of the Chaonians. It is located high on an almost impregnable hill commanding the fertile valley below and near the modern town of the same name, Finiq, in southern Albania. It was the wealthiest city in Epirus and had the strongest walls until the Roman conquest. It was the location of the Treaty of Phoenice which ended the First Macedonian War. The city is part of an archaeological park.
Foinika është një qytet i lashtë dhe kryeqyteti i kaonëve. Është gjithashtu vendi ku u hartua Marrëveshja e Finiqit, me të cilën u përfundua Lufta e Parë Maqedone. Gjendet 10 km në jugerëndim të Delvinës, mbi një kodër bri fshatit Finiq.
Phœnicè (en grec ancien : Φοινίκη / Phoinikè) est une cité de Grèce antique située en actuelle Albanie. Elle est le centre politique des Chaoniens, une des principales tribu d'Épire. La ville porte aujourd'hui le nom de Finiq.
Phoinike war eine antike Stadt in der zu Epirus gehörigen Landschaft Chaonia. Die Ruinen der Stadt liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe der Stadt Delvina in Südalbanien beim heutigen Dorf Finiq auf einem 272 Meter hohen Hügel. Südlich davon erstreckt sich eine Ebene bis hin zur Lagune von Butrint.
