東華三院吳祥川紀念中學（英語：TWGHs S. C. Gaw Memorial College；簡稱「吳祥川」或S.C.GAW）位於香港青衣，1984年建校，辦學團體為著名香港慈善機構東華三院。該校是政府津貼的男女中學，由東華三院前總理、建生國際董事長主席吳仲燦（即基滙資本合夥人吳繼煒、吳繼泰之父）捐錢興建，以其父吳祥川命名，以紀念其對社會的貢獻。是東華三院第十三間中學，亦是葵青區創辦的第三間中學，故該校於東華三院的聯校活動上稱呼“十三中”。校內師生為增加對學校的歸屬感，皆以“川民”自稱，而部分老師也會親切地稱呼學生為「阿仔」/「阿女」。
