The COVID-19 pandemic in Montserrat is part of the ongoing global viral pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which was confirmed to have reached the British Overseas Territory of Montserrat on 17 March 2020. The first death occurred on 24 April 2020. By 15 May, all patients had recovered. On 10 July, a new case was discovered. On 7 August, there were no more active cases.

Se confirmó que la pandemia de COVID-19 había alcanzado a Montserrat, territorio de ultramar británico el 17 de marzo de 2020, la primera muerte ocurrió el 24 de abril de 2020. Hasta el 7 de agosto de 2020 se han registrado 13 casos de los cuales 1 a fallecido y 12 se han recuperado.
