Die Cassella Farbwerke Mainkur Aktiengesellschaft war ein 1870 gegründetes deutsches Chemie- und Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main. Es hatte seinen Ursprung in einem 1798 von Leopold Cassella in der Frankfurter Judengasse gegründeten Spezereiwarenhandel. Von 1970 bis 1995 war Cassella eine Tochtergesellschaft der Hoechst AG. Der Standort in Frankfurt-Fechenheim besteht heute noch als Industriepark Fechenheim und gehört seit 2013 zur Weylchem-Unternehmensgruppe.

Founded in 1798, in the Frankfurt Jewish Alley by Leopold Cassella, Cassella operated as an independent company until 1995, and was one of many predecessor companies of today's Sanofi. Its main products were dyes, drugs, cosmetics and various other chemical products. From 1949, Cassella focused increasingly on pharmaceuticals and cosmetics rather than its former primary focus, dyes. Much of its history is closely associated with the Gans family, a prominent family of industrialists and philanthropists and former owners of Cassella.

Elle tire ses origines d'un commerce d'épices fondé en 1798 par Leopold Cassella à Francfort-sur-le-Main. De 1970 à 1995, Cassella est une filiale de Hoechst AG. Le site de Francfort-Fechenheim existe toujours aujourd'hui en tant que parc industriel de Fechenheim et appartient au groupe d'entreprises Weylchem depuis 2013.
