The Valbona (Albanian indefinite form: Valbonë) is a river in northern Albania. It is still relatively untouched. Its source is in the Accursed Mountains, near the border with Montenegro.
The Drin (; Albanian pronunciation: [dɾin], Albanian definite form: Drini, pronounced [ˈdɾini]) or Drim (Serbian and Macedonian: Дрим, pronounced [drim]), is a river in Southeastern Europe with two major tributaries – the White Drin and the Black Drin and two distributaries – one discharging into the Adriatic Sea, in the Gulf of Drin and the other into the Buna River. Its catchment area extends across Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Greece, Montenegro and North Macedonia and is home to more than 1.6 million people. The river and its tributaries form the Gulf of Drin, an ocean basin that encompasses the northern Albanian Adriatic Sea Coast.
Maja e Pikëllimës is the highest peak in the mountains of Koritnik, which is located in the border between Albania and Kosovo. It has an altitude of 2,393 m (7,851 ft). Maja e Pikëllimës is part of the Korab-Koritnik Nature Park. The peak is very famous for hikers from both countries.
Sheshi Tahir Sinani ([ʃɛʃi tahiɾ sinani]; 'Tahir Sinaniplein') is een plein in het westen van de Noord-Albanese stad Bajram Curri, de hoofdplaats van het district Tropojë in de prefectuur Kukës. Het plein is het meest westelijke van de drie pleinen die gezamenlijk het stadscentrum vormen.
