The American Robert College of Istanbul (Turkish: İstanbul Özel Amerikan Robert Lisesi or Robert Kolej [ˈɾobæɾt koˈleʒ]), often abbreviated as Robert or RC, is a highly selective, independent, co-educational, private high school in Turkey. The school is situated in a 265-acre (107 ha) wooded campus on the European side of Istanbul in the Beşiktaş district, with the historic Arnavutköy neighborhood to the east and the upscale Ulus neighborhood to the west. Founded in 1863, Robert College is the oldest continuously operating American school outside the United States.

A bronze colonnade erected by Abdul Hamid II in Marjeh Square of Damascus, Syria bears a replica statue of the Yıldız Mosque on top.

Barbaros Hayrettin Pasha Mosque is a mosque complex in the Levent neighborhood of Istanbul, Türkiye. Architect Sinan's Suleymaniye Mosque in Istanbul formed the insipiration for the design of the mosque. Maritime and shipping motifs were used in the project in honor of Hayreddin Barbarossa and his irregular sailors — Levends — which gave the area its name. The mosque complex is composed of an underground parking lot (for about 1000 cars), a workshop, a library, a multipurpose hall, and a dining hall, and can hold up to 20,000 worshippers.

Şınorhk zamanında yenilenmiş, 1993'te avlusuna Garabed ve Sarkis Balyan'ın büstleri yerleştirilmiştir. 2013 yılında yenilenen kilisede Artin Dadyan Paşa gömülüdür.
