Atatürk Airport (IATA: ISL, ICAO: LTBA) is an airport currently in use for private jets. It used to be the primary international airport of Istanbul and the hub of Turkish Airlines until it was closed to commercial passenger flights on 6 April 2019. From that point, all passenger flights were transferred to the new Istanbul Airport.

Prior to the rapid increase of Istanbul's population in the 1970s, Yeşilköy was a secluded village and sea resort.

Ahmet Cömert Sport Hall (Turkish: Ahmet Cömert Spor Salonu) is a multi-purpose indoor sport venue located in Ataköy neighborhood of Bakırköy district in Istanbul, Turkey. The hall, with a capacity for 3,500 people, was built in 1998 within the Olympic complex. The venue has a parking lot capable of 150 cars. It is owned by the Youth and Sports Directorate of Istanbul Province (İstanbul GSM).
Bakırköy railway station (Turkish: Bakırköy istasyonu) is the main railway station in Bakırköy, Istanbul. Located 12.6 km (7.8 mi) west of Sirkeci station, the station was serviced by Istanbul suburban commuter trains as well as TCDD regional trains to Kapıkule, Çerkezköy and Uzunköprü. The station was closed in March 2013 and subsequently demolished to make way for a larger, more modern station as part of the Marmaray project. The rebuilt station was opened on 12 March 2019. The station has an interchange with Özgürlük Meydanı station of the M3 metro line.

Yenibosna is a station on the M1 line of the Istanbul Metro in Bakırköy, Istanbul. The station was opened on 25 July 1995 and was the western terminus of the M1 until 2002, when the line was extended towards Atatürk Airport.

Atatürk Havalimanı is the western terminal station on the M1A line of the Istanbul Metro. The station services Atatürk International Airport in Istanbul, which was the primary international gateway in Turkey. Atatürk Havalimanı was opened on 20 December 2002, along with DTM—İstanbul Fuar Merkezi, when the M1A (then just M1) was extended west of Yenibosna to the airport. The station is located next to the international terminal and is linked to the domestic terminal via a walkway.

The station was built in 1955 as a stop on the Istanbul suburban commuter rail line until 2013, when the entire line was closed down for expansion and renovation. Florya station was demolished and rebuilt in order to accommodate for a third track. The new station entered service in the beginning of 2019 and became a stop on the Marmaray commuter rail line.

Opened in 2023, it is the first and only church built in Turkey since the foundation of the Republic. It is dedicated to Ephrem the Syrian.
