Arnaia (Greek: Αρναία, before 1928: Λιαρίγκοβη - Liarigkovi, or Lerigovo) is a town and a former municipality in Chalkidiki, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Aristotelis, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 288.739 km2. The city's population is 5,564 as of 2021. The History and Folklore Museum of Arnaia is located in the town.
Stagira (), Stagirus (), or Stageira (Greek: Στάγειρα or Στάγειρος) was an ancient Greek city located near the eastern coast of the peninsula of Chalkidice, which is now part of the Greek province of Central Macedonia. It is chiefly known for being the birthplace of Aristotle, the Greek philosopher and polymath, student of Plato, and teacher of Alexander the Great. The ruins of the city lie approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) northeast of the present-day village of Stagira, and adjacent to the town of Olympiada.

The municipality also includes the area of the mining villages, known as Mademochoria. On the East, it borders the Monastic community of Mount Athos.
Stratonicea or Stratonikeia (Ancient Greek: Στρατονίκεια), also Stratoniki (Στρατονίκη), was a town of Chalcidice in ancient Macedonia. It was a Hellenistic foundation, according to Claudius Ptolemy, the city was located on the Singitic Gulf. However, recent excavations show the location of ancient Stratoniki to be at the site of the modern town of Stratoni. This shouldn't be confused with the modern town of Stratoniki which is located 9 km to the west, next to the modern town of Stagira.

It is located in the east of Chalkidiki prefecture, 80 kilometres from Thessaloniki and 12 from Arnaia, built at 440 meters height, in the slopes of the hill named Chtikela. In the east of the village there are the Aegean coasts and the ancient city Stagira, the birthplace of Aristotle.

It is a community of the same name, within the municipal unit of Stagira-Akanthos, in the Aristotelis municipality. The main occupation of its residents is tourism and fishing. It is located 35 km from Ierissos and 90 km from Thessaloniki. Approximately 700 meters from it lies the archaeological site of ancient Stagira. The area is declared as a protected zone by the Natura 2000 programme.

It is located 115 km from Thessaloniki, and 10 km from the border of the Autonomous Monastic State of the Holy Mountain, or Mount Athos. It is the site of Ancient city and former bishopric Hierissus, and as such remains a Latin Catholic titular see. Ferries run from Ierissos to the east coast of Mount Athos.

It is located in the south-eastern part of Chalkidiki (approximately 110 km south-east of Thessaloniki), built on the coast of Siggitikos Bay (part of the Aegean Sea). It is part of the Aristotelis municipality and the Panagia municipal unit. The central church of the village is dedicated to Panagia and celebrated every year on the eighth of September.

Akanthos (Ancient Greek: Ἄκανθος; Latin: Acanthus) was an ancient Greek city on the Athos peninsula, on the narrow neck of land between the sacred mountain and the mainland, to the northwest of the Xerxes Canal. It was founded in the 7th century BCE as a colony of Andros, itself a colony of Chalcis in Euboea. Chalcidice was multi-cultural. The archaeology of the region suggests that some Hellenes were already there. The site is on the north-east side of Akti, on the most eastern peninsula of Chalcidice.
Uranopolis or Ouranopolis (Ancient Greek: Οὐρανόπολις) was a city in the Chalcidice in ancient Macedonia, allegedly founded by Alexarchus, brother of king Cassander of Macedonia. Uranopolis was the site of a mint in the Kingdom of Thrace. Coins of Uranopolis are known for displaying Athena or the Muse Aphrodite Urania, the muse of astronomy, sitting on a globe. The globe represents the Celestial Sphere. It is a common misunderstanding that the globe represents the earth and that this is the first known depiction of the earth in its actual shape.
