Canna (; Scottish Gaelic: Canaigh; Eilean Chanaigh; Scots: Canna) is the westernmost of the Small Isles archipelago, in the Scottish Inner Hebrides. It is linked to the neighbouring island of Sanday by a road and sandbanks at low tide. The island is 4.3 miles (6.9 km) long and 1 mile (1.6 km) wide. The isolated skerries of Hyskeir and Humla lie 6.2 miles (10.0 km) south-west of the island.
Kinloch Castle (Scottish Gaelic: Caisteal Cheann Locha) is an Edwardian mansion located on Kinloch, on the island of Rùm, one of the Small Isles off the west coast of Scotland. It was built as a private residence for Sir George Bullough, a textile tycoon from Lancashire whose father bought Rùm as his summer residence and shooting estate. Construction began in 1897, and was completed in 1900. Built as a luxurious retreat, Kinloch Castle has since declined. The castle and island are now owned by Scottish Natural Heritage, who operated part of the castle as a hostel until 2015, and continue to offer tours of the main rooms to visitors. The Kinloch Castle Friends Association was established in 1996 to secure the long-term future of the building.
Muck (; Scottish Gaelic: Eilean nam Muc) is the smallest of four main islands in the Small Isles, part of the Inner Hebrides of Scotland. Today, much of the island is used for grazing. Residents use wool to make rugs and clothing. There are several ancient monuments and some facilities for visitors. The few residents are served by a single school, Muck Primary School & Nursery. The island is owned by the MacEwen family.
Askival is the highest mountain on the island of Rùm, in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland. It is located 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) south of Kinloch, the main village on the island. It is part of the Rùm Cuillin, a rocky range of hills in the southern end of Rùm. It is often climbed as part of a full traverse of the ridge.
Cleadale (Scottish Gaelic: Clèadail) is a settlement on the north west side of the island of Eigg, in the Small Isles of Scotland and is in the council area of Highland. The setting is visually dramatic.
Sanday (Scottish Gaelic: Sandaigh; Scots: Sandee) is one of the Small Isles, in the Scottish Inner Hebrides. It is a tidal island linked to its larger neighbour, Canna, via sandbanks at low tide, and also connected to the larger island by a bridge. Canna and Sanday form a single community, and are usually described as Canna.
An Sgùrr is the highest hill on the Inner Hebridean island of Eigg, Lochaber, Highland, Scotland. It was formed 58.72 ± 0.07 million years ago; the result of one of the last eruptions of a volcano, the core of which now forms the Isle of Rùm. Thick viscous pitchstone lava of rhyodacitic composition flowed out, filling a river valley. The lava cooled and formed column-like structures, similar to those at Giant's Causeway.
A' Chill was a village on Canna, in the Scottish Small Isles. The name means "the cell", referring to a Culdee church, and is often anglicised as "Kil-" in many other Scottish names. Located in the west of Canna, it was the main settlement until 1851 when the island was cleared. There are now only one or two houses near the original site.
Galmisdale is the main port of the island of Eigg, one of the Small Isles of the Inner Hebrides. It is in the Scottish council area of Highland.
Hyskeir Lighthouse was established in 1904. The 39 metres (128 ft) metre high lighthouse marks the southern end of the Minch, warning of the presence of the Mills Rocks, Canna, and Hyskeir itself. It was designed by David and Charles Stevenson and constructed by Oban contractor Messrs D & J MacDougall.

It has a primary school, village hall and shop and is the location of the ferry terminal. It is on Loch Scresort and centred round Kinloch Castle.
