Mono County (Q156366)
Summary from English Wikipedia (enwiki)

Mono County ( MOH-noh) is a county located in the east central portion of the U.S. state of California. As of the 2020 United States census, the population was 13,195, making it the fourth-least populous county in California. The county seat is Bridgeport. The county is located east of the Sierra Nevada between Yosemite National Park and Nevada. The only incorporated town in the county is Mammoth Lakes, which is located at the foot of Mammoth Mountain. Other locations, such as June Lake, are also famous as skiing and fishing resorts. Located in the middle of the county is Mono Lake, a vital habitat for millions of migratory and nesting birds. The lake is located in a wild natural setting, with pinnacles of tufa arising out of the salty and alkaline lake. Also located in Mono County is Bodie, the official state gold rush ghost town, which is now a California State Historic Park.

Convict Lake (Q1129457)
Summary from English Wikipedia (enwiki)

Convict Lake (Mono: Wit-sa-nap) is a lake located in Mono County, California, United States, situated in the Sherwin Range of the Sierra Nevada. It is known for its turquoise-blue water, the dramatic mountains (including Mount Morrison) that surround it, the trout fishing it affords, and its unusual history. The lake was renamed from its traditional Mono name by American settlers after an incident on September 23, 1871, in which a group of convicts escaped from prison in Carson City, Nevada, and took refuge near the lake. They were pursued by a posse, and after it caught up to the convicts, a shootout followed, in which a number of both posse members and convicts were killed or wounded. The remaining convicts who survived initially escaped but were eventually captured to be taken back to prison. They were lynched instead.

Peeler Lake (Q7160293)
Summary from English Wikipedia (enwiki)

Peeler Lake is a California landform within the Toiyabe National Forest and on the west edge of the Hoover Wilderness. One of the few bodies of water on the Great Basin Divide, Peeler Lake's inflow is sufficient for outlet streams over 2 Sierra Crest sills of similar elevation to respectively drain westward to the Pacific Ocean (Rancheria Creek, Tuolumne & San Joaquin Rivers, and Suisun & San Francisco Bays) and eastward into the Great Basin (Robinson Creek, East Walker & Walker Rivers, Walker Lake sink). Peeler Lake's saddle area is a mountain pass between the west Sierra slope (Tuolumne County) and the Sierra Escarpment (Mono County) to the east, and the lake level of 9,488 ft (2,892 m) is over 1,000 ft (300 m) below the summits of Cirque Mountain (north) and Crown Point (south). The namesake Peeler Lake Trail of 1.5 mi (2.4 km) from the east reaches the lake from the Robinson Creek Trailhead parking at the west side of Twin Lakes (formerly Mono Village), and the Bridgeport Ranger Station issues overnight permits for the backcountry area of the lake.

It is situated in the Ansel Adams Wilderness, on land managed by Inyo National Forest. However, this has been successfully disputed by Dan, Tony, and Brad. New recruit to the TP club, Rob, is now a lifelong TP26 supporter. The TP club is always accepting new recruits! TP26 for life. This geographical feature's name has been officially adopted by the U.S. Board on Geographic Names. The first ascent of the summit was made in 1914 by Norman Clyde.

Victoria Peak (Q49087017)
Summary from English Wikipedia (enwiki)

Victoria Peak is a mountain with a summit elevation of 11,732 feet (3,576 m) located in the Sierra Nevada mountain range, in Mono County of northern California, United States. The summit is set in Hoover Wilderness on land managed by Humboldt–Toiyabe National Forest. The peak is situated approximately three miles west-northwest of Twin Lakes, three miles north of Kettle Peak, 1.3 mile northeast of Hunewill Peak, and one mile southwest of line parent Eagle Peak. Precipitation runoff from this mountain drains into tributaries of Robinson and Buckeye Creeks, which are within the Walker River drainage basin. Topographic relief is significant as the summit rises over 3,900 feet (1,200 meters) above Robinson Creek in approximately one mile (1.6 km). The first ascent of the summit was made September 8, 1946, by A. J. Reyman.

The Incredible Hulk (Q111982531)
Summary from English Wikipedia (enwiki)

The Incredible Hulk, or Incredible Hulk, is a granitic summit with an elevation of 11,300 feet (3,444 m) located in the Sierra Nevada mountain range, in Mono County of northern California, United States. The summit is set in Little Slide Canyon of the Hoover Wilderness, on land managed by Humboldt–Toiyabe National Forest, and is one mile outside the boundary of Yosemite National Park. The peak is situated approximately three miles southwest of Twin Lakes, three-quarters mile east of Kettle Peak, and 2.5 miles northwest of Matterhorn Peak. The nearest town is Bridgeport, 14 miles to the northeast. Topographic relief is significant as the summit rises 3,700 feet (1,100 meters) above Robinson Creek in one mile (1.6 km). Incredible Hulk is the unofficial name of this landform, and will remain unofficial as long as the USGS policy of not adopting new toponyms in designated wilderness areas remains in effect.

Eocene Peak (Q112168973)
Summary from English Wikipedia (enwiki)

Eocene Peak is a granitic summit with an elevation of 11,569 feet (3,526 m) located on the crest of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, in northern California, United States. The summit is situated on the common boundary shared by Yosemite National Park with Hoover Wilderness, as well as the common border of Mono County and Tuolumne County. The peak is set approximately three miles southwest of Twin Lakes, 1.3 mile southeast of Kettle Peak, and one mile south of The Incredible Hulk. The nearest town is Bridgeport, 15 miles to the northeast. Topographic relief is significant as the summit rises nearly 2,000 feet (610 meters) above Piute Creek in one mile. The first ascent of the summit was made July 16, 1932, by Richard M. Leonard and Herbert B. Blanks. This landform's name has not been officially adopted by the U.S. Board on Geographic Names, so the feature is not labeled on USGS maps.
