The Fredrikstad Stadion is a football stadium in Fredrikstad, Norway and home of the Norwegian First Division team Fredrikstad FK. It is located in an area which formerly used to be a large shipyard (locally known as Værste or FMV), but which nowadays is the technological centre of the city, with several companies and a college. The frontage of the stadium is built to replicate the original halls of the workshop. This makes it architecturally unique. The stadium was built to replace Old Fredrikstad Stadion, which was considered to be one of the eldest and most worn-out stadium in the country. The total capacity is approximately 12,560, all seated. There is a possibility to expand it furthermore, to some 15,000 seats.

Tisler is a small island in southeast Norway. The name of the island comes from the Norse word for thistle, þistill, or tistel in Norwegian, coming from the round shape of the thistle's pericarp. Tisler is among the southernmost of the Hvaler islands, which form a municipality in Østfold. Tisler is one of the last islands before you reach Sweden and Skagerrak. The last family of farmers and fishermen moved from the island to Skjærhalden in 1939. Today, Tisler is not inhabited except for the summer, when many people come to their cottages to enjoy the sun and the warm climate.

It marks the east side of the entrance to the Oslofjord, with Færder marking the west. The light is powered by solar power. Landing conditions are very difficult, and nowadays service calls are made via helicopter. The lighthouse and surrounding buildings, which include residences, outhouse, a well, and engine house are proposed protected as a national park.
