Nina Tower are two 80-storey and 42-storey high-rise buildings in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong near Tsuen Wan West station. The tower was designed to be the tallest tower in the world at 518 m (1,699 ft). However, due to its location near Chek Lap Kok Airport, the height was restricted to the current 319.8 m (1,049 ft).

Clague Garden Estate (Chinese: 祈德尊新邨) is a Flat-for-Sale Scheme public housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong located on reclaimed land near Tsuen Wan Pier and MTR Tsuen Wan West station. It now consists of three residential buildings, built in 1989 by Hong Kong Housing Society. It offers 552 flats for rent and 926 under the Flat-for-Sale Scheme. Many early residents were resettled from the Four Seasons Estate, a nearby public housing estate that was demolished in 1990.
Fuk Loi Estate (Chinese: 福來邨) is a public housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located at the reclaimed land along Castle Peak Road and opposite to Nan Fung Centre, Tsuen Kam Centre and Discovery Park. It has 9 residential buildings completed between 1963 and 1967, and it is the oldest existing public housing estate in Tsuen Wan District.

Sai Lau Kok Garden is a public park located in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the garden covers an area of approximately 2,748 square meters. It is situated adjacent to the Tsuen Wan MTR station and remains open 24 hours a day. The upper level of the garden is connected to the Tsuen Wan footbridge network, while the lower level houses a multi-purpose activity center.

Hong Kong Disneyland (Chinese: 香港迪士尼樂園) (abbreviated HKDL; also known as HK Disneyland or Disneyland Hong Kong) is a theme park located on reclaimed land in Penny's Bay, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. It opened to visitors on Monday, September 12, 2005, at 13:00 HKT, the second Disneyland in Asia to open after Tokyo Disneyland in 1983, with Shanghai Disneyland later opening in 2016. Hong Kong Disneyland is located inside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and is owned jointly by Hong Kong International Theme Parks (52%) and the Walt Disney Company (48%). It is the most visited theme park in Hong Kong, followed by Ocean Park Hong Kong. Disney attempted to avoid problems of cultural backlash by incorporating Chinese culture, customs, and traditions when designing and building the resort, including adherence to the rules of feng shui. Notably, a bend was put in a walkway near the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort entrance so good qi energy would not flow into the South China Sea.
Sunny Bay (Chinese: 欣澳; Cantonese Yale: Yān ou) is an MTR station in Yam O. It is between Tung Chung and Tsing Yi stations. The station is an interchange station between the Tung Chung line and the Disneyland Resort line to Hong Kong Disneyland. The station was originally to be named Yam O (陰澳); however, the name was ultimately replaced, likely because of its linguistically negative connotations.Services to the station commenced on 1 June 2005. The transfer facilities to the Disneyland Resort line opened 2 months later (1 August 2005) that year. The livery of the station is slate grey.
Tsuen Wan (Chinese: 荃灣; Cantonese Yale: chyùhnwāan) is an MTR station on the Tsuen Wan line. It is the only station on the Tsuen Wan line at ground level. It is located in the northern central part of Tsuen Wan New Town, New Territories West. The preceding station is Tai Wo Hau.
Tai Wo Hau (Chinese: 大窩口; Cantonese Yale: Daaih wō háu) is an MTR station between Tsuen Wan and Kwai Hing stations on the Tsuen Wan line. It serves the areas of Kwai Yin Court and Tai Wo Hau Estate in the Kwai Tsing District, and some resited villages (such as Kwan Mun Hau Tsuen) in the Tsuen Wan District of Hong Kong. These villages were originally in Tsuen Wan town centre, being moved for new town development.
Tsuen Wan West is an underground MTR station in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is located between Mei Foo and Kam Sheung Road stations on the Tuen Ma line. There is an emergency platform on the southern side of the station.
Tsing Yi North Bridge (Chinese: 青衣北橋), also called Tsing Tsuen Bridge (青荃橋), connects the Tam Kon Shan Interchange on Tsing Yi Island to the Tsuen Tsing Interchange in Tsuen Wan, spanning the Rambler Channel. Inaugurated on 10 December 1987, the bridge was designed to improve access to Tsing Yi, which at that time was connected to Kwai Chung by only one fixed link, the heavily congested Tsing Yi Bridge.

Ma Wan Viaduct is a viaduct built over Ma Wan, an island in Hong Kong. The viaduct connects the Tsing Ma Bridge and Kap Shui Mun Bridge with an exit to Ma Wan Road, and is part of the Lantau Link (formerly known as the Lantau Fixed Crossing) and Route 8. It was opened on 22 May 1997 and was built to provide access to the Hong Kong International Airport (Chek Lap Kok Airport) as part of the Airport Core Programme.
Discovery Park (Chinese: 愉景新城), formerly and still commonly known as D·PARK, is a residential development in Hong Kong, located at 398 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan in the New Territories. It is the second Disney Resort in Asia, and the city's third theme park after Lai Chi Kok Amusement Park (now closed) and Ocean Park Hong Kong. Officially opened on 12 September 2005, the resort contains the Hong Kong Disneyland theme park, the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Hollywood Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge and several retail, dining and entertainment facilities covering 1.3 square kilometres (320 acres) of the island.
Tsuen Wan Pier, Tsuen Wan Ferry or Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier is a public pier at the south of Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, which is adjacent to the MTR Tsuen Wan West station. It provided ferry service to Central via Tsing Yi, but the service ceased operation in 2000 after Western Harbour Crossing and MTR Tung Chung line were commissioned to provide faster route between New Territories West and Hong Kong Island.

Inspiration Lake (Chinese: 迪欣湖), officially known as Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre (Chinese: 迪欣湖活動中心), is a 12 ha (30 acres) artificial lake located in Penny's Bay, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong. The lake, opened on 16 August 2005, was created as part of the development of adjacent Hong Kong Disneyland Resort as a dual-purpose project for recreation and an irrigation reservoir.
Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Tsuen Wan (Chinese: 香港港安醫院–荃灣), previously known as Tsuen Wan Adventist Hospital, is one of two Seventh-day Adventist hospitals in Hong Kong, the other being Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Stubbs Road.
The Kap Shui Mun Bridge (KSMB) in Hong Kong, part of Lantau Link of Route 8, is one of the longest cable-stayed bridges in the world that transports both road and railway traffic, with the upper deck used for motor vehicles and the lower deck for both vehicles and the MTR. It has a main span of 430 metres (1,410 ft) and an overall length of 750 metres (2,460 ft). It spans the Kap Shui Mun marine channel between Ma Wan and Lantau islands and has a vertical clearance of 47 metres (154 ft) above sea level. The bridge was completed in 1997.

Cheung Sok (Chinese: 長索) is a small island to the north of Yam O Bay, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. It is part of the Tsuen Wan District. The island is connected to Yam O bay on Lantau via a thin tombolo, and at low tide can be reached on foot. The path crossing the tombolo at low tide from the adjacent Luk Keng village known as “Angel’s Road”.
Chuen Lung (Chinese: 川龍) is a place in Tai Mo Shan, Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong. The name comes from the local Hakka village Chuen Lung Village (Chinese: 川龍村).
Cheung Pei Shan Road (Chinese: 象鼻山路) is a road near Cheung Pei Shan in Tsuen Wan and Sheung Kwai Chung of Hong Kong. It links the north edge of town centre of Tsuen Wan New Town to Shing Mun, from Tsuen Kam Interchange with Route Twisk, Tai Ho Road North, Wai Tsuen Road and Texaco Road North to the entrance of the Shing Mun Tunnels. The road is part of Route 9. North of the road are resited villages from the old town of Tsuen Wan and Cheung Pei Shan; to its south are public housing estates: Lei Muk Shue Estate, Cheung Shan Estate and Shek Wai Kok Estate.
City Walk (Chinese: 荃新天地) is one of the largest shopping centres in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is located at Yeung Uk Road, beneath Vision City (Chinese: 萬景峰) and opposite to Nina Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Hong Kong. It is jointly developed by Sino Land and Urban Renewal Authority. It was opened in December 2007.
Concord Square (Chinese: 協和廣場) is a shopping centre in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Formerly the old buildings and villages in Tai Uk Wai (Chinese: 大屋圍), The Blue Yard (built in 2002) and the shopping centre were portions of Tsuen Wan Seven Street Redevelopment Project (Chinese: 荃灣七街重建計劃). It was completed in 2003 and developed by Concord Land Development Company Limited. A Wellcome supermarket is at its basement.
Grassy Hill (Chinese: 草山; Cantonese Yale: Chóu sāan) is the fourteenth highest mountain in Hong Kong. Peaked at 647 m (2,123 ft), it is situated between Tsuen Wan and Tai Po and near Lead Mine Pass. Stage 7 of MacLehose Trail runs near its peak.
Hong Kong Garden is Tsing Lung Tau's largest private housing estate between Sham Tseng and Tai Lam in Hong Kong. Hong Kong Garden was developed by the property developer Chinachem Group in late 1980s and built in three phases. It has 28 blocks and 2830 flats from 300 sq ft to 1400 sq ft, including The Top and Perfetto.
Lei Muk Shue (Chinese: 梨木樹), formerly Lai Muk Shu, is an area in East Tsuen Wan of Hong Kong. It includes the area surrounding Lei Muk Shue Estate on a hill slope near Wo Yi Hop. However, the proper Lei Muk Shue was a village located south of the junction of Castle Peak Road and Lei Muk Road, near the former river of Kwai Chung.
Lei Muk Shue Estate (Chinese: 梨木樹邨) is a public housing estate in Sheung Kwai Chung, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, near the exit of Shing Mun Tunnels. It is the largest public housing estate in the Tsuen Wan District, with a population of 28,100 as of December 2021. Although it is geographically located in Sheung Kwai Chung (literally means "Upper Kwai Chung"), administratively it belongs to the Tsuen Wan District instead of the Kwai Tsing District because it is at the west of Wo Yi Hop Road, the boundary between the two districts.
Luk Keng Village or Luk Keng Tsuen (Chinese: 鹿頸村) is a village located on the Yam O peninsula on Lantau Island in the New Territories of Hong Kong, which links to Cheung Sok, a nearby uninhabited island, via the "Angel's Road," a tombolo path accessible only at low tide. Although nearby areas including Sunny Bay station have been developed, Luk Keng Village is still preserved as an undeveloped rural heritage area.

Nan Fung Centre (Chinese: 南豐中心) is a commercial and shopping centre in Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located nearby the MTR Tsuen Wan station and a bus terminus at its ground floor. It was developed by Nan Fung Group in 1983 and it is one of the earliest large-scale commercial centres in the district.
Park Island is a private housing estate located at Ma Wan, an island in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was mainly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties as part of the Ma Wan Development joint venture project and completed from 2002 to 2006 in six phases. There are around 10,000 to 15,000 residents.
Penny's Bay or Chok Ko Wan (Chinese: 竹篙灣) is a bay in north-eastern Lantau Island, and had been a port since the Ming dynasty. The bay has since been reclaimed and is the site of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, which consists of the Hong Kong Disneyland theme park, Disneyland Hotel, and Disney's Hollywood Hotel, and the Inspiration Lake. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it became home to Penny's Bay Community Isolation Facility. It is connected by a highway and a rail connection on the MTR Disneyland Resort line to Sunny Bay station.
Penny's Bay Power Station (Chinese: 竹篙灣燃氣輪機發電廠) is a gas turbine power station in Penny's Bay, Hong Kong. The HKD 1.1 billion power station was commissioned on 25 March 1992. The complex consists of three open cycle gas turbines in a rectangular turbine hall with three smokestacks. The turbines were supplied by John Brown Engineering and generators by GEC-Alsthom. It is operated by CLP Power as a standby and peaking power station. The power plant can start up in 12 minutes. Its primary fuel is ultra low sulphur diesel (ULSD).

Tang Lung Chau (Chinese: 燈籠洲) is an islet located off the southern coast of Ma Wan island to the northwest of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is located within Tsuen Wan District of the New Territories.
The Cairnhill (Chinese: 朗逸峯) is a private housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Being one of the estates built on many d level of the hill of Route Twisk (Another one is The Cliveden), it consists of 16 low-density blocks divided into 2 phases and completed in 2004 and 2005 respectively, offering a total of 770 units. It was jointly developed by Cheung Kong Holdings, Sino Land and K. Wah International.

Tsuen Wan Town Hall is a town hall in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Originally it was intended to be located near Tsuen Wan station of the MTR, but it was re-located near the former Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier and Tsuen Wan Magistracy, between Tai Ho Road and Yuen Tun Circuit in late 1970s. The town hall was completed in 1980.
Yam O (Chinese: 陰澳) is a bay located on the northeast shore of Lantau Island, in the New Territories of Hong Kong. It is part of the Ma Wan constituency of the Tsuen Wan District Council.
Luk Keng Pier (Chinese: 鹿頸碼頭) is a small public pier adjoining Luk Keng Village, Yam O, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. There is only a kai-to ferry route to and from Tsing Lung Tau in Tsuen Wan for villagers to travel to the urban area. This closed transportation relationship between Yam O and Tsing Lung Tau explains why Northeast Lantau is part of the Tsuen Wan District, instead of the Islands District. It was the only public transportation for Luk Keng Village and the whole of Yam O before Sunny Bay station on the MTR opened.
The Tung Po Tor Monastery is situated at the foot of Tin Fat Shan in Lo Wai, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. Parts of the monastery are listed as Grade II historic buildings.

The beach is 140 metres long and is rated as Grade 4 by the Environmental Protection Department for its water quality. It is the only gazetted beach in Ma Wan and offers views of Ting Kau Bridge as well as Tsing Ma Bridge.

海濱廣場(英語:Riviera Plaza)位於香港荃灣區海濱花園內,於1990年11月9日落成開幕,項目由加德士石油及新世界發展聯營的「荃灣地產有限公司」(1982年成立)發展,王董建築師事務所設計,協興建築承建,是為海濱花園發展計劃的商業部分。整座商場樓高9層(地下及1-8樓)和設有2層地庫,總樓面為242,685平方呎,並提供171個車位。商場曾經擁有佔地3層的永安百貨、翰騰閣酒家以及美食廣場等眾多設施。然而由於交通不便,商場逐漸喪失競爭力,以致後期除居民外甚少有區外人到該商場消費,商場於1997年後開始出現大量店舖丟空的情況。商場於2012年11月成功以5.08億港元售出,2015年再被轉售至現任業主。商場自2013年11月後一直封閉至今。

The beach is rated as Grade 2 by the Environmental Protection Department for its water quality. The beach offers views of the Ting Kau Bridge as well as Tsing Ma Bridge.
Lido Beach (Chinese: 麗都灣泳灘) is located on Castle Peak Road in Ting Kau, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is a gazetted beach, meaning it is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, which provides lifeguards during the summer months.
Tsuen Wan Plaza (Chinese: 荃灣廣場) is a private housing estate and shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, located near the MTR Tsuen Wan West station, Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier, Nina Tower, Skyline Plaza, Citywalk and Citywalk 2. It is one of the largest shopping malls in the district. Built on the reclaimed land of the old Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier, it was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties in 1992. A large-scale renovation was completed from 2005 to 2009.
Iron Man Experience (Traditional Chinese: 鐵甲奇俠飛行之旅) is a 3-D motion simulator attraction in Tomorrowland at Hong Kong Disneyland, which opened on 11 January 2017 (originally scheduled for 2016). The attraction is based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe character Iron Man, becoming the first Disney attraction to be based on a Marvel property. The attraction is located at the park's Tomorrowland section, in an area named "Stark Expo", adjacent to Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters.

荃景圍體育館(英語:Tsuen King Circuit Sports Centre)是香港荃灣區的公眾室內體育館,位於新界荃灣柴灣角美環街38號,毗鄰愉景新城及荃景圍。體育館於1998年7月11日啟用,為荃灣區內第四座室內體育館,由區域市政局管理。直至2000年1月1日區域市政局解散後,改由康樂及文化事務署負責。
荃灣天后宮或蕙荃路天后宮,古稱荃灣廟崗天后宮,位於香港新界荃灣區蕙荃路。 1995年被古物古蹟辦事處列為二級歷史建築,並於2009年12月18日獲確認評級

芳園書室(英語:Fong Yuen Study Hall)是位於香港新界荃灣區馬灣田寮村的學校,於1920年代建成,至2003年停辦,在2010年被評級為香港三級歷史建築。圓玄學院社會服務部活化的芳園書室旅遊及教育中心暨馬灣水陸居民博物館在2013年3月開幕,但因位置偏遠難以吸引人流下,到2017年停止營運,由政府接管。在重新招標後,書室預計2025年活化成香港基督少年軍「創學芳園」。

荃錦中心(英語:Tsuen Kam Centre),位於香港荃灣青山公路荃灣段342號,鄰近港鐵荃灣站,原址為木棉下村和小型工廠。屋苑發展商為新鴻基地產,並由旗下的康業服務管理。荃灣區其中一個香港賽馬會投注站則設於荃錦中心地下。
燈籠洲燈塔(英語:Tang Lung Chau Lighthouse),又稱汲星燈塔,是香港燈塔,位於新界荃灣區燈籠洲,處於汲水門航道,現為法定古蹟。
海之戀(英語:Ocean Pride)位於香港新界荃灣區大河道100號,為荃灣西站(五區)灣畔發展項目(Tsuen Wan West(TW5)Bayside Development)。按港鐵於2011年已獲批的規劃,可建9幢樓高50至51層住宅樓宇。由長江實業集團與港鐵公司(九廣鐵路公司代理人)發展,建築師為興業建築師樓。項目早於2016年11月申請預售樓花同意書,到2017年5至6月開售,2019年1月24日啟用。
Bo Shek Mansion (Chinese: 寶石大廈) is a Flat-for-Sale Scheme public housing estate in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong located at the reclaimed land in Sha Tsui Road. It now consists of 3 residential buildings, built in 1996 by Hong Kong Housing Society. It, in total, offers 268 units for rental use and 400 units for the Flat-for-Sale Scheme. Its name in Chinese, literally "Precious Stones Estate" in English, was derived from the nearby Shek Pik San Tsuen (Chinese: 石碧新村; the character 石 means "stone"). The original estate was demolished in 1992, and 3 buildings, which stand today, were rebuilt at the site in 1996.
