Gormania Presbyterian Church, now known as Gormania United Methodist Church, is a historic Presbyterian church on Mabis Avenue, 0.1 miles south of US 50 in Gormania, Grant County, West Virginia. It was built in 1888, and is a single-story ornate wooden structure in a late form of the Gothic Revival style. It features a corner entrance bell tower and tall spire. A rear addition including three Sunday school rooms was built in 1925. It was occupied by a Presbyterian congregation until the 1980s. In 1994, the Gormania United Methodist Church purchased the building.

Noah Snyder Farm, also known as Snyder House, is a historic home located near Lahmansville, Grant County, West Virginia. The original four room log house was built in 1853. Sometime during the American Civil War, the Cooplinger section was moved to the site and added to the original building. A third section, the kitchen ell, was originally built between 1800 and 1815. All three sections were unified under a gable roof in about 1870. Also on the property are the contributing wagon shed, storage cellar with granary above, log stable, and smokehouse.

The wind farm includes 132 Gamesa G80 wind turbines each with a two megawatt (MW) capacity along 12 miles of the Allegheny Front. Construction of the wind farm began in 2006 and the project is now fully operational, generating up to 264 MW of electricity for the mid-Atlantic power grid.

The original section was built in 1878–79 and expanded in 1909. It is composed of 3 two-story brick rectangles consisting of a large center section with lower and narrower wings. The building is styled with Neo-Colonial design features. The center section features a two-story projecting portico with pediment and supported by four Corinthian order fluted columns.

Patterson Creek Mountain is a mountain ridge that forms the border between Mineral and Hampshire counties and Grant and Hardy Counties in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. The mountain's namesake, Patterson Creek, parallels its western flank. The southern end of the Patterson Creek Mountain is near the confluence of Lunice Creek and the South Branch Potomac River and its northern end is located southwest of Springfield. The mountain reaches its highest elevation at Charles Knob.
